Job description
As a Customer Service Representative, youll be part of the Customer Success team, providing day-to-day support to ensure seamless experiences for our clients and talents. Youll handle communication, data tracking, and follow-up tasks that help strengthen relationships and maintain the quality standards that define Athyna.
Key responsibilities
Communicate clearly with clients and talents on routine updates and requests.
Track client interactions and updates accurately in our systems.
Support onboarding and retention processes by completing follow-ups and status checks.
Prepare short reports and updates on client health, adoption, and satisfaction.
Escalate client issues appropriately and provide context to managers for resolution.
Collaborate with peers and other departments (Sales, Ops, Finance) to ensure alignment.
Contribute to team projects and help identify opportunities to improve client workflows.
Conduct regular communication with SMB clients and talents, ensuring their goals are known and met.
The successful applicant
English at a near-native level (oral and written).
1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Client Success, or a related role.
Motivated to hold excellent meetings that bring value to clients and talents regularly.
Great communication skills, enjoying meeting new people, and learning about their goals and more.
Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment youll have guidance when you need it, but youre also goal-oriented and can execute independently.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Willingness to collaborate and assist whenever, wherever needed.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or similar CRMs is a plus.
