Epic Willow Inventory Consultant - Inpatient

Our healthcare client is seeking a Sr-level Epic Willow Inventory Consultant with specialized inpatient pharmacy experience.

This position requires Epic Willow Inventory certification and prior Willow Inventory implementation experience specifically within an inpatient pharmacy setting. General Willow Inventory experience without inpatient pharmacy experience will not meet the requirements for this role.

The consultant must have participated in at least one full Epic Willow Inventory implementation for inpatient pharmacy and should be comfortable working directly with pharmacy stakeholders to evaluate workflows, configure the application, perform testing, resolve issues, and optimize existing build.

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Willow Inventory certified
• Demonstrated Willow Inventory inpatient pharmacy experience
• At least one full Willow Inventory implementation supporting inpatient pharmacy
• Strong Epic build, workflow, testing, and optimization experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills

Highly Preferred:

• Epic Willow Inpatient certification
• Epic Refuel experience
• Epic Back to Foundation experience
• Experience assessing and realigning Willow workflows/build toward Epic foundation standards

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
